The Integrated MEMS Laboratory at Georgia Tech has openings for research scientists/postdocs and research engineers with expertise in the areas of:

- Ultra Low-Power Circuits for MEMS

Integrated MEMS Laboratory

Prof. Ayazi’s Integrated MEMS Lab conducts research in the areas of integrated microsensors, micro and nano mechanical resonators, integrated tunable RF filters, and high-performance interface IC’s for microsensors. The laboratory is a multi-disciplinary team of circuit designers, microfabrication experts and mechanical engineers comprising of 15 graduate students and 2 post-doctoral researchers. The research employs state-of-the-art microfabrication facilities available in the GT MiRC cleanroom, and MEMS test and characterization facilities.
